Consignment Policy

This agreement is being made between Equine Balance Saddles and __________________ (Consignor) on ________________________.  Please read carefully.

1.Consignor has turned over the goods described below, which shall remain property of the Consignor until such time as they are sold:

2. Equine Balance Saddles, (known as EBS below), operates an online and retail store and agrees to make his/her best effort to sell Consignor’s goods.

3. EBS agrees to return to Consigner, upon demand, any unsold merchandise. The goods must be returned in the same or similar condition, unless this is impossible due to shipper damage or theft.  The Consignor is responsible for retrieving the goods.

4. The Consigner agrees to leave the goods for the next 60 days at a minimum from the date of this contract.  While the saddle is consigned the Consignor will not advertise the goods themselves, if this occurs EBS will return the saddle to the consignor at the consignor’s expense.

5. EBS, at his/her own discretion, may opt to return unsold goods to Consignor at any time.

6. EBS agrees to sell the goods at the following price point at a minimum, with markdowns allowed as described below:

7. EBS shall receive a commission rate of 30% on the total amount stated above or any approved lesser offers, with a minimum of $400.

8. EBS agrees that all proceeds due, will be available to Consigner within 7 business days of sale.  Payments will be made by etransfer to the following email:
